Amit Malhotra is a well-earning person who owns an Audi A6, a 3 BHK flat in a posh society and every amenity he could think of, But yet he feels irritated and unhappy from his life.
One day, a girl, around 20, addressed him as Uncle and after that incident, Amit’s life turned upside down. He always kept thinking about the incident and wondered what made him an Uncle at the age of 35. His ego told him that he was perfect but the truth was that he was an overweight and very unfit person.
Then, he saw the death of a very close friend in front of his eyes which was due to Heart Disease. This incident affected him badly and he started realising the importance of life and the role of fitness in it.
At last, he joined a life coach and started taking various lessons from the coach. His coaching does not only included physical fitness but also mental and emotional fitness.
At first, he found it hard but gradually he performed better and this coaching changed his life.
